Deanna offers clients the benefit of over 26 years of science and technology experience, and 16 years of law experience in government, private legal practice and as in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical and other industries. In these contexts she has worked on issues affecting compliance with federal requirements, interactions with pharmaceutical manufacturers and business operations typical to a healthcare practice.  

As Assistant General Counsel at a specialty pharmaceutical and cosmetics company and in other positions of responsibility at Fortune 100 companies, Deanna provided practical, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced creative environment to clients who were all-business, all-science, or somewhere in between.  Today, she is  available to handle your complex technical matters in healthcare, FDA, compliance  and intellectual property law, and to take care of your contracts and other business law matters as well.

Deanna received a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.  She additionally holds a Master of Science degree in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, and has completed a short course in Healthcare Law Compliance at Seton Hall University.
